What’s in it for you
What you get as a team lead

- 1
Fewer meetings
Quick questions get answered at the desk in two minutes, not booked into a thirty-minute call next Tuesday.
- 2
New starters who settle in
They sit with the team, overhear how things work and can just ask. That’s how people learn a job.
- 3
Teams that talk to other teams
Bump into people in the kitchen or the lift, the conversations remote work quietly stopped.
- 4
Pay for who’s in, not per head
Your team is your audience: 100 people at once is £49 a month, plus £5 for whoever runs the floor. Your office comes with it.
The problem
Remote work runs on scheduled calls
In an office you’d turn round and ask. Remote, every question becomes a message, then a calendar invite, then a link. The calendar fills up and people drift apart.

Back-to-back meetings
With no way to just talk, everything turns into a 30-minute call.
Nobody knows who’s around
A status dot doesn’t tell you whether someone’s free for a quick word.
New starters feel alone
They can’t overhear, sit near their team or grab someone after a meeting.

If nothing changes
What a scattered team costs you
- New hires who never feel part of the team leave, and you pay to hire again.
- Hours a week go on meetings that should have been a quick word at someone’s desk.
- Teams stop talking to each other, and good ideas never cross from one to the next.

The office, without the commute

An office, not another app
Pick a layout: desk pods with private offices, a sofa for stand-ups and a kitchen, or long co-working desks. In your colours, with your logo over the lift.

Talk without booking
Sit at a desk and you hear the people at it. Stand up and you hear whoever’s nearby. Most conversations never need a meeting.

Private when you need it
Sit down in an office for a one-to-one. It’s between the two of you.

Just your team
Your floor can be private, so only your team gets in. Invite guests when you want them.

You might be wondering
Will the team actually use it?
Start with one meeting that already happens, like the daily stand-up, and hold it on your floor. The quick chats afterwards are what keep people there.
Does it replace our video calls?
For most everyday conversations, yes. When you want faces, cameras show over people’s heads.
Do we pay per person?
No. You pay for how many are in at once: an audience of 100 is £49 a month, plus £5 for each person who runs the space. A team of up to 100 pays about £54.
Can we bring in clients or candidates?
Yes. Invite them up to your floor, or meet them in a café in the city.
What if the team is in different countries?
Noza is one shared world, so everyone’s in the same place wherever they log in from.
Isn’t this a bit of a game? Will it look professional?
It looks like a place, not a game: real cities, real buildings, your own space in your colours with your logo. There’s nothing to win and nothing to learn. You walk up to people and talk.
