What’s in it for you
What you get from your next webinar

- 1
Sales conversations the same day
Your reps stand at tables after the talk. Prospects who are interested walk over, and the conversation starts while they still care, not after three follow-up emails.
- 2
The questions people won’t ask in public
Pricing, “does it work for us?”, a competitor they’re using. People ask those one-to-one, not in a Q&A in front of 250 strangers.
- 3
You can see who’s interested
The people who stay behind and walk up to your team are telling you something a registration form never will.
- 4
Your speaker, still in the room
The presenter steps off the stage and people come up to them, like they would after a talk at a conference.
The problem
Webinars buy attention, then throw it away
You promote it, people register, some turn up, and the presentation goes well. Then the host clicks “End meeting for all”, and every interested person in the room leaves without speaking to anyone from your company.

Nobody to walk up to
There’s no way to catch the speaker or a sales rep afterwards. The call ends and so does the moment.
Q&A in front of everyone
Buyers don’t ask about price or their own setup with 250 people listening. So they don’t ask.
Follow-up from cold
Your team sends emails trying to restart a conversation that could have happened an hour ago, in the room.
What the research says
- 40%
of people who register for a webinar actually attend live. You’re already paying to fill seats that stay empty.
Wistia, webinar analytics benchmarks, 2024 ↗ - 17%
more often, online attendees failed to meet the people they came to meet, compared with in person.
Bizzabo Virtual Attendee Experience Report, via Smart Meetings ↗ - 51%
of online attendees weren’t interested in networking, against 23% at in-person events. On a call, there’s nothing worth staying for.

If nothing changes
What a webinar that just ends costs you
- Every pound you spent on ads, partners and email bought attention that left the moment the presentation did.
- Your warmest prospects walked away without speaking to sales, and some of them were ready to buy.
- Your team spends the next week chasing people who were in the room with them on Tuesday.
- Attendees who could have been partners, customers or referrals for each other never meet.
Noza or a webinar tool?
- When the talk ends
- The room stays open. People turn to each other or walk over to your team.
- The host ends the meeting for everyone.
- A buyer with a question
- Walks over to a rep and asks, one-to-one.
- Types it into Q&A in front of everyone, or doesn’t ask.
- Your sales team
- At tables in the room, talking to whoever comes over.
- Muted panellists, then a follow-up email next week.
- Your speaker
- Steps off the stage and people come up to them.
- Leaves when the slides end.
- Attendees meeting each other
- They’re in the same place, so they do.
- They never see who else came.
- What you pay
- £5 a month for each seat on your team, plus an audience size. Venues included.
- A webinar licence on top of your video-call licence.
Present to everyone. Then talk to the ones who care.

A hall that fits your audience
Hold it in a venue in the city, from a 40-seat room to 1,000 seats, with your webinar on the board outside. Venues come with your plan: its audience decides how many can come.

A stage for the presentation
Your presenter shares slides onto the big screen, and you choose who can talk to the whole room, so the presentation stays a presentation.

Tables for the conversations after
When the talk ends, people stay. They sit down at a table with a rep, or with other attendees, and carry on talking.

One-to-one when it matters
A prospect walks up to your rep and asks for a demo. No breakout room to assign, no meeting to book: the conversation just starts.

You might be wondering
Will my attendees know what to do?
If they can open a link, they can come. There’s nothing to install, and walking is click-to-go. Most people are talking within a minute.
Can we still present like a normal webinar?
Yes. Your presenter has the room mic and shares their screen onto the venue’s big screen. For the talk itself, it works like any webinar. The difference is what happens after.
How do my sales team find the right people?
They’re in the room with them. Reps stand at tables, and the people who are interested walk over. Look round the room and you can see who stayed behind.
Isn’t this a bit of a game? Will it look professional?
It looks like a place, not a game: real cities, real buildings, your own space in your colours with your logo. There’s nothing to win and nothing to learn. You walk up to people and talk.
Do people need their cameras on?
No. Everyone is an avatar with a voice, so nobody has to worry about how they look or what’s behind them. Cameras are optional, and when they’re on they show over people’s heads.
What does it cost?
£5 a month for each seat (you and your team), plus an audience: 100 people at once is £49 a month, 500 is £149 and 1,000 is £299, excluding VAT. Up to 10 is free. Running one big webinar? Take the bigger audience just for that month.
Does anyone need to install anything?
No. Noza runs in the browser on a laptop or a phone. People make a free account and an avatar, and walk in. It takes about a minute.
Your next webinar shouldn’t end when the slides do
